W-Natural® CP
W-Natural®CP is the ideal starch based bio-polymer and can replace polyolefins in several applications like packaging (shopping bag, carrier bag, waste bag, liners of diapers, kitchen utensils, consumer products, etc.) promising:
- Very good carrier performance as much as fossil based polymers (LDPE and LLDPE)
- Melt processability, high strength and modulus
- Controlled flexibility
- Non-hydrophilic
- Good mechanical and barrier properties (tensile strength, % elongation at break)

W-Natural®TP can be broken down by microorganisms into CO2, H2O and nutritious compost within 180 days under composting conditions without generating any poisonous gases in accordance with EN 13432 and ASTM D6400. Various product grades are offered depending on the need by meeting global composting standards and key quality parameters:
- Biobased and biodegradable
- Fully compostable
- Non-GMO
- Reduces carbon foot print
- Possesses properties as good as virgin plastic materials for such large volume applications like packaging (flexible and rigid)
